Ignite Systems ("Ignite Systems", "we", "our", "us") provides marketing, local search, website and communication services to home service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit ignitesystems.io, use our client dashboard and related applications, or connect third-party accounts to our services (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and business information: name, email, phone number, company details, service areas, and billing information.
- Content you share: photos, documents, customer lists, and messages you send us.
- Communications: calls, texts and emails with our team, and recordings and transcripts of calls routed through tracking or answering features you enable.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and diagnostic data.
- Cookies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand site traffic.
Information from accounts you connect
You may choose to connect third-party accounts so we can manage them for you. We only receive data you explicitly authorize through the platform's own sign-in and permission screen, and you can revoke access at any time from that platform's settings or by contacting us.
- Google (Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, Ads, YouTube): business information, reviews, posts, photos, performance and analytics data, used to display, manage and report on your listings and campaigns. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Meta (Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts): the list of Pages and Instagram accounts you choose to connect, their basic profile information (name, category, contact details, profile and cover images), posts, comments and engagement metrics. We use this data only to publish and schedule posts you or we create for your business, keep your business information accurate, respond to comments when you ask us to, and show you performance reporting. We do not use Meta Platform Data for advertising profiles, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate the Services under confidentiality obligations.
2. How we use information

- To manage your listings, websites, posts and reviews, and to report results to you.
- To process payments and send service and account messages.
- To answer, route, record and transcribe calls when you enable those features.
- To protect the security of the Services and comply with law.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (for example hosting, payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and AI processing), with the platforms you connect when publishing on your behalf, when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
4. SMS messaging
Mobile numbers collected for SMS are used only to send the messages you opted in to. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Program page.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data, including any data received from Facebook or Instagram, at any time. See Data Deletion Instructions. When you disconnect an account, we stop collecting new data from it and delete stored platform data within 30 days unless you ask us to keep it for reporting.

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information and to opt out of certain processing. Contact us to make a request; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
