These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, client dashboard, applications and services provided by Ignite Systems ("Ignite Systems", "we", "our", "us") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Ignite Systems provides done-for-you digital marketing for home service businesses, including Google Business Profile management, website creation and hosting, content, listings and citations, review requests, call tracking, reporting, and AI-assisted communication tools.
2. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for confirming that business facts you give us (licenses, services, service areas, contact details) are accurate.
3. Connected accounts and authorization
When you connect a Google, Facebook, Instagram or other account, you authorize us to access and act on that account within the permissions you approve, solely to provide the Services, for example publishing posts, updating business information and retrieving performance data. You confirm you are authorized to grant that access for your business. You can revoke access at any time. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy, and we comply with each platform's terms and policies, including Meta's Platform Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
4. Calls, recordings and AI
If you enable call tracking, call recording, or AI answering features, you are responsible for any notices and consents required by law in your area, including two-party consent where applicable.
5. Messaging
If you enroll numbers in SMS alerts, you confirm the recipients agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
6. Fees and billing
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described in your order and are month to month unless your order says otherwise. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Content and ownership
You own your business content and data. You grant us a license to use it to provide the Services. We own our software, templates and methods. Websites and content we create for you are licensed for your use while your account is active, and we will provide an export on request.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services for unlawful, deceptive or infringing purposes, to send unsolicited messages, or in violation of any connected platform's rules.
9. Results
Search rankings and lead volume depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform decisions. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results unless agreed in writing.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end the Services for non-payment or violation of these Terms. On termination we stop accessing your connected accounts and delete platform data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
